Payment Policy
At Card Magic Limited, we take payment integrity and content access seriously. To ensure a fair experience for all customers and protect our business from fraudulent disputes, we enforce the following policy regarding chargebacks.
1. Chargeback Initiation
If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider, this is treated as a dispute of the original transaction. Upon notification of the chargeback, the associated payment is considered withdrawn.
2. Immediate Revocation of Access
As soon as a chargeback is initiated, all rights to access any digital content or services purchased through that transaction are revoked immediately and without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Access to any digital products
• Support or updates related to the purchase
• Memberships or subscriptions tied to the transaction
3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe the chargeback was submitted in error, we encourage you to Contact us as soon as possible so we can help to resolve the matter. Restoration of access may be considered only if the chargeback is cancelled and full payment is successfully reprocessed.
