Refund Policy
By subscribing to any of my projects, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the refund policy below. Iām committed to providing a great service for all of my members. If for any reason you wish to request a refund, please review the refund policy below.
1. Subscription-based Refunds
Monthly Access: I do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once payment has been processed, as the content is immediately accessible. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time before the next billing cycle and you will continue to have access until the end of your 30 day billing period has elapsed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Request Process
To discuss a cancellation, refund or any concerns, please contact my manager via callum@mealing.co providing your subscription details (name and email address). Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, generally within 7-10 business days.
3. Technical Circumstances
If you experience any technical difficulties or have any issues preventing access to content, please Get In Touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
